Eating foods that contain high salt levels, may increase the risk of stomach cancer by 10 percent. This is the conclusion of the study by several experts from South Korea who has been doing research on more than 2 million people

Looking at the results of the study, Dr Al B Benson, gastric cancer specialist from Chicago, USA, who did not participate in the research counts the critical statement, he said: The results of these studies can not show the relationship between salty food with gastric cancer clearly
He said a study in Japan showed that the sodium salt forms in tablet have a relationship with Cardiovascular disease (the heart and veins), not cancer, and salty foods / salty like fish that has been cooked have a relationship with cancer
Furthermore, Benson said, "salt in foods, like pickles and foods made from pickled, giving health problem". However, he said, setting the consumption of salt is much more beneficial for the prevention of blood pressure (blood presure).
